This new (2025) rental is off a quiet street on the edge of the Watch Hill Village. The home is the guest house to a larger estate that overlooks Watch Hill Harbor. Renters of this property can easily walk to the Village - for dining & shopping - and easily to several beaches that each offer a slightly different experience. You also have access to the properties tennis court, just a short stroll across the grass! The location and property offer you fresh & fun vibe to fully put you in the vacation mood to enjoy the amenities that Watch Hill offers.
Only a short bike ride or walk to the beautiful and varied local beaches, or the quaint Village and harbor of Watch Hill. With several beaches to choose - from the larger & longer East Beach, to the more protected Carousel Beach, to the beautifully scenic Napatree Point Beach - everyone in the family will be able to find 'their' beach!
THE SPACE
This Watch Hill 'guesthouse' has central air conditioning, three bedrooms, and three full-baths. Bedroom One has (1) Queen, Bedroom Two has (1) Queen, Bedroom Three has (2) Twins (downstairs). The warm, stone and wood Living Room opens to a large exterior patio facing South. This leads to the dining area and the kitchen. Off the Living Room, is the first of the three bedrooms, a full bath, and the laundry area. The second level has two additional bedrooms, both with en-suite baths, and both leading out to a large, shared deck overlooking the grounds, the outside barbecue area, and the tennis court!

BEACH ACCESS
The beauty of this rental is that you are literally on the edge of the Watch Hill Village, and you have access to several beaches, including; Napatree Point, Watch Hill Beach, and East Beach. You can walk or ride your bike to either East Beach via Bluff Avenue or Everett Avenue. We will also provide you with a Watch Hill Fire District parking pass which is required to park in the main/central shopping lot in Watch Hill. Parking spots are not always available.
