Built in the early 1900s and thoughtfully updated, this five-bedroom, four-bath home exudes classic New England charm with modern touches.

The heart of the home is its expansive double living room, where a grand bay window captures sweeping views of the golf course and ocean beyond. Doors open to a covered wrap-around porch on one side, and a sun-drenched slate patio on the other—ideal spaces for al fresco dining, sunset cocktails, or relaxing with a book.

Upstairs, the primary suite offers an enviable retreat with panoramic ocean views from its private deck—you can even spot Block Island and Montauk Point on clear days. The ensuite bath features a walk-in shower, while two adjacent bedrooms with twin beds share a bath. The third floor offers two more bedrooms—one with stunning ocean views, and another with bunk beds perfect for kids—plus a shared full bath.

BEACH ACCESS

Bring your bikes and bike to several beaches offering different wave heights, or you drive into Watch Hill and pay at one of the larger 'pay to park' lots.  You can access one of several beaches from the Village of Watch Hill, such as Napatree Beach. We will also provide you with a Watch Hill Fire District parking pass which is required to park in the main/central shopping lot in Watch Hill.  Parking spots are not always available and parking in the Larkin Lot is specifically designated for 'shopping & dining'.
